Victoria Romero is the Senior COO of My Father’s House Records. As a child, Victoria always showed an interest in music, news, and entertainment. By high school, Victoria landed an internship with Channel One News in New York City working with the marketing and advertising team. Once her internship was completed, she was eager to explore other opportunities that would allow her to continue to learn and grow her skills and talents. As result, in 1997 she began interning for Rafaela McEachin at Barbour Entertainment, an independent record label and management company, before going off to college.
After earning her bachelor’s degree in communication/journalism, Victoria rejoined Barbour Entertainment as the Public Relations Coordinator. In 2004, Victoria went on to graduate school and to work in high education. However, in 2006 she rejoined Rafaela, this time in her venture to write, publish, and promote her book “The Many Hats of a Women” later released in 2008. Additionally, she aided Rafaela in the early stages of her second book “Living in a Glass House.” Since the establishment of My Father’s House records, Victoria has worked with the company on a consulting basis until officially joining the team in December of 2020.
